We are thrilled to announce the twenty-sixth annual Veterans Day Gala happening November 4th, 2023.  The evening is replete with live music, dancing, a wonderful meal, and, as always, patriotic presentations. Previous Military Balls have been a tremendous success with a sell-out crowd each year. This year we are pivoting to a more informal event in the Star Spangled Hall at the Elks Lodge. 

It is rare to find an event anywhere in the United States that is solely dedicated to honoring veterans and active-duty personnel. We are fortunate in Santa Barbara to host such an event. Guests tell us that they find the evening moving with inspirational moments; Veterans tell us the  evening is unparalleled for the incredible experience of patriotism and they are particularly grateful for the recognition for their service. And all our guests look forward to mingling with old friends, dancing to the Starwood Band, enjoying a beautiful dinner, and the pomp and circumstance of our traditional and patriotic program.  

Our special guest is Don Nichols, formerly with NASA  and Technical Director for the Space Shuttle program at Vandenberg Air Force Base (Now Vandenberg Space Force Base). Mr. Nichols has been on the leading edge of space technology and will share with us the exciting history of the U.S. space program.
